Inspired by Real Self-Care by Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, this class explores the quiet power of aligning our choices with our truth in a world that asks us to fragment ourselves to survive. Through intentional movement and breath, we’ll practice noticing where we are out of alignment and how it feels to return to ourselves with honesty and compassion.
