Looking to get some art supplies on the cheap? Or to rehome supplies you have around? And shop an amazing mix of BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ artists and makers at the same time? As part of a fundraiser series to open @hyphae_community’s doors, join us at this multi-faceted event at @eastworks_ma on Saturday, October 18 from 2P-5P.
Co-host @50arrowgallery will house the art supply swap — sliding scale donation tickets, no one turned away from lack of funds. You can register via the QR code in the image or link in our bio! How it works: Arrive with your supplies (illustration materials, textiles, paper, mixed media, and more!) in good condition and place them in the according section. Then, shop in a manner reciprocal with what you brought or paid for your ticket! Repeat until the event ends.
Across the Eastworks foyer, dream with us in the future HYPHAE space with a makers market. Browse 20+ vendors with a variety of high-quality, handmade wares across mediums of print, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and more. (We’re currently seeking vendors for this event – priority applications due Oct. 4.)
